AUTHENTIC AND INCREDIBLE RARE USED ROLEX SUBMARINER SEA-DWELLER AND TUDOR SUBMARINER TRITIUM OLDS PIP FROM THE 60S/70S AND EARLY 80S.

These small Rolex dots, made of Plexiglas, have tritium inside and were used by divers as a decompression indicator.

Now very sought after by Rolex watch collectors, they're very collectibles...discontinued.

Produced from the early '60s until 1989 (Tritium T<25), when the last Rolex Submariner 5513 plexiglas generation was produced, they were subjects to knocks and scratches and were easily and quickly been lost during expeditions or scuba diving...

Most of Rolex Submariner plexi watches have lost them over time or been replacer by Rolex service center with a luminova one.

This one is in very good condition, sold in its Rolex packaging.

It is dome-shaped, globular, glossy appearance, with inner matte tritium appearance.

The tritium is vanilla in color, tending toward cream shades, please note there is a mark more darker visible on the center of tritium (check carefully pictures)

Color description :

Ideal for matching with an old Rolex sub with indexes and hands that have almost become vanilla-tinted, tending towards cream.

Not luminous.
