Very rare Collectible Rolex 50's factory Crystal Tropic #17 Submariner's watches James bond 5510, 6200, 6538, 7924.
According to the Rolex reference sheet, the Tropic 17 fits models 5510,6200,6538,7924 and the Tropic 19 fits models 5512,5513,6528A. 6540.
17 fits the 6200/5510/6538 & the T19 fits the 5512/5513/5514 Subs (possibly others).In addition to the slight differences in diameter.
The T19 is more larger than T17.
The tropic-16 is slightly larger in inside diameter than the tropic-17, which wouldn't press down over my rehaut lip
