This is a fabric strap with high quality material including a well-made clasp and stitched metal strikes with beveled edges.

Unlike classic Nato or Zulu watches, the spring bars are sewn into the wristband sleeves, ensuring the watch sits evenly and cannot slip off the strap when you take it off (an issue with some watches on Zulu bracelets).

Tudor fabric bands are not ordinary NATO straps, both in construction and quality. On the one hand, they are attached to the case using spring bars, instead of going through the lugs and under the watch. More importantly, they are made in a traditional and tedious process on a Jacquard loom by a specialist in France.

The suspenders are woven on a Jacquard loom, an automated loom that relies on a punch card template to weave the pattern. While modern Jacquard looms are computer controlled, the looms used by Tudor's supplier are traditional.

The resulting strap has a dense weave with a high number of threads, which gives it a thickness and weight greater than most fabric watch bands.

Attention is also paid to the material of the Tudor fabric straps, the buckle of which echoes the Tudor shield logo.

And both the curl and the curls are finished with alternating brushed and polished surfaces.

This bracelet is therefore flatter than the classic nato / zulu bracelets and much more resistant.
