These small anchors are made of cast steel and indicate the depth guaranteed by Rolex for each model: 100m/200m/300m/600m/1220m

Rolex also provided a small safety seal indicating the depth of each model (green tag Swimpruf)

As if the brand with the crown was trying to proove that once the watch was on your wrist it was now solid and reliable guaranteeing you a unique temporal acuity.

Rolex anchors have been in production since the birth of the ceramic models, discontinued and very collectibles !

From 1989, the plexiglass crystals not existing any more Rolex concentrates on the sapphire glasses of its divers watche slines Submariner 14060/16800/168000/166610 and of the Sea-Dweller 16660 and 16600, sapphire glasses considered scratchproof and much more resistant but more fragile during shocks.
