Products displayed accurately (subject to screen variations). Email confirmation = order receipt – not acceptance.
Order acceptance: Upon shipment. Possible refusal if:

• Payment declined

• Pricing/description error

3. Secure Payments 💳

Accepted methods: Visa - Mastercard - Amex - PayPal - Bank Wire - Apple Pay -Cheque (France only, 15-day bank validation) - Cash (≤€1,000).
Currencies: EUR/USD. 3D Secure mandatory.

4. Worldwide Shipping 🚚

Standard delivery: 3-5 business days post-confirmation (indicative).
Partners: LaPoste Colissimo - DHL - FedEx (checkout selection).
Risk transfer: Upon carrier handover. Tracking provided.

5. Returns & Refunds 🔄

14-days satisfaction guarantee (unopened items, perfect condition) – return shipping customer responsibility, shipping costs for initial order not refundable.
Defects: Express exchange/refund (shipping included).
Non-applicable: Custom items - Accidental damage - Customs fees.

6. Lost Packages 📦

10-days maximum investigation post-shipment. Full insurance coverage.

Perpetual duty: All client data protected indefinitely (GDPR compliant). See Privacy Policy.

Best efforts for quality/service. Not liable for:

• Shipping delays

• Website/hosting outages

• External hacking

• Internet transmission errors

• Purchases illegal in destination country

Secure payments – Customer responsible for personal equipment security.
